be attract by this simple and short topic: Sugar is Toxic. This shall be a very new and controversial point of view. Before this theory, what we all know (and agreed)is "EAT LESS" like what the US government announced early this year (read more: Add two slices of tomato in your burger doesn't mean you have healthy diet)
However, more reports and statistic showed that not only "what we eat now is more than what we ate 20 years ago" is the cause of the present serious obesity problem , but the more essential key issue is the kind of "sugar" we have now. The "sugar" i quote here is not the sugar we may gain from fruit or rice, but the refine sugar (i.g. fructose corn syrup)we have from coke and juice (surprisingly known from Robert H. Lustig's presentation, this kind of sugar are added almost in all the food we consume daily)
