It just happened weeks ago while Portugal asking for bailout from rest of his European brothers and IMF. Portugal then handed a 3-year restructure in return for the billion something bailout.
Without a central bank, Greece and Ireland can't save their economy by adjusting their currency (like what US did!! PRINTING MORE DOLLAR. Thanks to US, the global economic recovery path last longer than we expected before and no one can tell where the end is) So, what Greece and Ireland can do? Austerity, government cut their expense, e.g. social welfare, change the retired age from 60 to 65 (of course, these new policy cause some protest). Do these policy work out eventually? Apparently not!! Let's look at Greece and Ireland whose austerity policy already run for years, now the number show on the report tell us, the restructure doesn't really work out and Greece may need more help(money) to help they go through the tough time (AGAIN). BUT!! HOW LONG? AND HOW MUCH?
So, while Span and Italy facing the question: whether you two are the next bailout seeker? or the question: Why shall i buy Span or Italy's bond, since the risk of it is endless increasing. Simply by increasing the rate of the bond can't convince investors anymore, neither can provide another new restructure plan....
So, what else we can do?! Maybe it's like what Edward Hugh said: “Everyone is arguing now. We have lost the vision of a year ago.”

好學歷= 好工作?!；higher education = better job?!
大學加上研究所的學費少說也有個百萬新台幣吧~~~ (if you have law school in US, well...the number would be much more dazzling)
幸運的人，不需畢了業就開始背百萬債務 (其他的...那就是"反言之"的情況啦)。無論是幸運的或是要自立自強的人，畢了業，就是找工作。一是為了賺錢還學貸，二是為了增加工作經驗。大家都希望學以致用，這就是為何當初在選系的時候要想破頭決定到底要主修哪個系別以後才會好找工作。
金融風暴至今，少說也有2年多了，看看目前大學畢業生的就職情況吧!? 真的是只有一個慘字來形容
這樣的情況實在是久了點，久到開始有所謂的 "學歷無用論" 的出現，並且信徒大增~~~
畢業的人，急著找工作，不外就是希望能快快進入職場，累積工作經驗 (不用再被雇主以 "sorry, prefer having working experience" 回絕)，畢業後久久找不到工作的人，不但要有健全的心理建設，更要想清楚要如何回答在每次的面試中最常被問的問題: "what have you done since graduation?"。不得不向經濟現實低頭的畢業生們，有些則是先將就的做一些跟自己主修根本無關聯的工作；而其他比較幸運一點點的人，則是再會到校園裡，期待數年後畢了業，就業市場會更好點或是期待更高的學歷會給他更多的空間和機會找到"好一點"的工作。(even though...higher education doesn't 100% mean better future, however, it's better to be optimistic )

Microsoft embrace Skype (微軟與Skype 結婚了!!)
微軟以85億美金娶進Skype，這個新聞應該是無人不知吾人不曉的事情吧!!
無論是股市分析師或是科技產業的分析師，大家一片看好Microsoft和 skype這樁喜事。在電腦通訊這塊領域中，skype無疑是pioneer，讓消費者在傳統家用電話以及手機間有另一個選擇 (而且這個選擇還是"無料"的，如果你是用電腦的話)在通訊市場需求不斷擴大的情勢下，Skype隨後出了只要付一點點錢的 skypeout 讓大家可以便宜的打國際電話 (雖然有時收訊不是很清楚啦~~~)
在「Telecom 」領域裡，目前是幾乎被Apple 和 Google 兩大家吃透透。號稱software giant的微軟，雖然事後和Nokia 一同合作推出了 「Windows Phone 7」，但似乎在市場上的曝光度還是不如i Phone 或是 Android 的 來的厲害。現在買進了skype，相信是可以迅速提升 Microsoft在 「Telecom 」領域的重要性 (maybe~~~who knows, i personally...still prefer Android)
這次不是Skype的第一段婚姻，在2005年，eBay以26億娶進Skype...但是這段婚姻在2009年畫下句點，因為eBay實在是想不出skype還可以替他帶進哪些收益。
現在Microsoft 和 skype這段婚姻，就像4/29的 William and Kate 皇家婚禮一樣: 眾所注目並且樂觀看好，不過可以走到哪? 可以維持多久? 沒有人可以說的定。不過可以確定的是，現在手中有Skype股票的投資者，應該是幸福的。

1160億美金的金援，可以讓葡萄牙撐多久? Portugal: agreed to acceot the $116 billion bailout
這星期二(5月3日)葡萄牙正式同意接受780億歐元(約1160億美金) 的金援。
Mr. Sócrates，在三月份時因為議會駁回了他提出的"節儉政策" 而選擇下台。新的總理將會在6月5日的大選出。
這項金援計畫，相較於日前已經取得金援的希臘和愛爾蘭 (希臘 : 1100 億歐元；愛爾蘭: 850億歐元)，似乎過關的機會較大。不過還是要經過歐盟各國的同意才算正式過關(5月16日歐盟將開會決定這項金援的生與死)。在27國中以芬蘭較為棘手(因為上個月的選舉中以"反對歐元區的接受金援計畫"的政黨獲得19趴的勝選)。
現在的葡萄牙，除了cross finger 等之外就是好好的列出她們將來的還錢計畫和降低國債的進度表。(ex: 三年的計劃表: 今年要將國債降低至GDP的5.9%，隔年要再降到4.5%，2013年降到3%)

賓拉登 死了....就算是真的~~ 美國也不得安寧
Osama (not Obama~~~ lol, CNN's humour) was killed?!! Well, according to the previous news, this would be the 8th or 9th time newspaper announce his death (e.g. In 2001, US forces claimed that they killed him in the Battle of Tora Bora), but this time is quite different from previous announcement. The whitehouse gave news release for his death and present the so-called Osama's death photo, also they claimed they did the DNA test so can proved 100% that this dead body is Osama bin Laden.
Anyhow, no matter this news is true or Osama bin Laden might show up in some video tape and prove to the world that US GOV was just lying or mistaken him with one of his substitutes. What we can be sure is, the world stock will for sure go up and down in these days, the American trip will become tougher for all of the tourist who plan to go to US in the following months (get your bikini ready, wear them while you go through the security check in the airport, better than go through the X ray or be touched by some pervert airport securities)
Even Osama bin Laden was really killed, the jihad will still continue, his benchman, Ayman al-Zawahri or his son, Hamza Bin Laden or those undertable people will carry on this faith and do what they believe.
